You spend a lot of time in your car, so it’s important for your climate control and AC system to maintain your comfort. If the air is too warm, isn’t blowing properly, or has an odd smell, you need it inspected and fixed quickly. Our AC technicians will run a performance test, check the system’s pressure, look for leaks, and check the vent temperatures to locate the problem and fix it.
It’s simple: A vehicle won’t move without a working transmission. Whether it’s an automatic, manual, or semi-automatic, our expert technicians can help keep your transmission operating at peak performance. Bruce's Tire uses state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment to identify transmission problems and repairs or advise you about a replacement.
Your business depends on your fleet. It is critical that your vehicles stay on the road, and our ASE-certified technicians have years of experience meeting the needs of our commercial customers. We service entire fleets and have mobile trucks on the road for commercial tire service calls. Whether you have a private account, a large commercial account, or a fleet maintenance company, let Bruce's Tire be your partner in keeping your vehicles on the road.
Whether you are purchasing tires to replace worn tires or to get a better traction rating, or need to tow heavier weight, we will work with you to find exactly the right tire to meet those needs. It is important to us that your tires match your needs and are installed correctly and professionally on your vehicle. We offer hundreds of different tires to choose from at competitive prices, representing all the major brand name tires.
Start with using our online tire selector to narrow the choices. Then make an appointment with one of our tire specialists who will help you pick the best tires for your needs. Once the tires are purchased, they will be installed to meet the highest specifications for road safety.
The Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) monitors the air pressure in your tires. This system is designed to alert you when the tire pressure in one or more of the tires has dropped below the manufacturer’s recommended level of tire pressure. An indicator light on the dashboard of your vehicle will illuminate, which means you need to add air yourself or bring it in for our tire specialists to assist.
The TPMS itself requires regular maintenance, so it will meet maximum performance standards.
If your business uses forklifts, we will provide on-site solid press-on tire installation services. This is a cost-effective option because:

Wheels aren’t designed to come into contact with the road. They help support the weight of a vehicle and connect the tire-wheel assembly to the axle. Replacing wheels as needed is extremely important for your safety and the performance of your vehicle.
You may need to get a wheel repaired, or you have decided to pick out a new wheel. Different wheels increase steering response or improve the handling of your vehicle. You may want a wheel that better fits your personality, and we can help you find the right design. Whatever your reason, our tire specialists can help you find the right wheel for the tire-wheel assembly on your vehicle, because not all wheels fit all axles and bolt patterns. After you choose your wheels, we then answer all your questions about the installation.
The wheels on your vehicle must be parallel to each other and perpendicular to the ground. There are three basic angles that contribute to proper wheel alignment: camber, caster, and toe. The front and rear wheels should always be perpendicular to the ground and parallel to the tire beside it.
A wheel alignment at Bruce's Tire uses high-tech equipment to align the wheels, which will promote reduced tire wear, better gas mileage, and safer driving conditions. When a vehicle’s wheels are out of alignment, the tires will wear unevenly. This leads to a vehicle pulling to one side or the other while being driven. If not corrected, the next system affected is the steering and suspension. A vibration in the steering wheel at higher speeds alerts you that the suspension has been damaged by wheels that are not aligned properly.
Bruce's Tire preventative maintenance appointments ensure proper wheel alignment, which will save you money over the life of your tires and your vehicle.
All types of vehicles need wheel alignments. You can trust us to perform heavy-duty alignments for motorhomes, limos, RVs, and commercial fleets at our Oakland, Livermore, Fremont, and Old Bay Shore locations. Our wheel experts pinpoint the cause of misalignment on heavy-duty vehicles and will repair it using their experience with these vehicles.
Count on Bruce's Tire for new tire sales and installation, tire repair, and professional auto repair and maintenance services to meet all your car care needs!
